Pallas Textiles Launches Sustainability Mood Board Challenge

Curate. Create. Captivate. Designers are invited to explore sustainable storytelling through tactile inspiration, with a chance to win a personalized tote bag.
GREEN BAY – Pallas Textiles invites the design community to participate in its first-ever Sustainability Mood Board Challenge, an interactive campaign that celebrates sustainable design, creativity, and the art of material storytelling. Participants are encouraged to craft and submit original mood boards using textiles from Pallas’ two most recent sustainable collections—Reve and In Good Company—by July 31, 2025, for a chance to win a personalized tote bag handcrafted by Pallas Textiles.
“This initiative highlights Pallas’ ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship and material innovation,” said Dean Lindsley, vice president, Pallas Textiles. “Through tactile expression, we invite designers to showcase their vision for a more sustainable design future while incorporating rich, layered narratives into unique visual compositions.”
Challenge Details:
Participants must submit a photo of a curated mood board that:
- Features one or more textiles from the Reve Collection: Dune, Echo, Ever, Monsoon, Solstice, Vale, Zephyr
- Includes one or more textiles from the In Good Company Collection: Ahti, Hali, Isla, Kai, Llyr, Maren
- Incorporates other visual elements, such as natural textures, props, swatches, or other materials, to enhance storytelling and elevate the concept.
Entries will be featured in an online gallery where the design community and the public will be invited to vote for their favorites. After the submission period concludes on July 31, the 10 entries with the most votes will advance to a final round, where a panel from Pallas Textiles will select three winning mood boards. Each winner will receive a custom-crafted tote.
How to Participate:
- Order fabric samples from pallastextiles.com to begin a design concept.
- Create a mood board using textiles from the required collections.
