Reflecting on NeoCon 2025: A Dream Realized
Blog • June 17, 2025

Explore how NeoCon 2025 became a celebration of deeper purpose—woven into every material, every moment, and the debut of a collection created to do more, with less impact.
Each year, NeoCon offers a moment to pause, connect, and dream forward. For Pallas Textiles, NeoCon 2025 was a celebration—not only of a new collection, but of a deeper purpose woven into every detail of our showroom, our storytelling, and our materials.
Introducing Reve: A New Chapter in Responsible Design
This year’s most anticipated debut, the Reve™ Collection, sparked meaningful conversations about how textiles can do more—with less impact. Designed with Hyphyn™, a groundbreaking biodegradable vinyl, Reve signals a turning point in material innovation. In anerobic landfill conditions, Hyphyn is engineered to naturally break down by over 90% in just two years, leaving behind no microplastics or toxins—only what belongs to nature. But beyond the science, Reve captivated with its artistry. Each of the collection’s seven styles—from the sun-kissed loops of Solstice to the cascading lines of Monsoon—echoes the elements, offering a refined, modern expression of nature’s quiet rhythm.
A Moment to Pause: The Dream Tree Experience
Rooted in reflection and renewal, the Dream Tree offered visitors a chance to take part in something both personal and collective. Using plantable pencils and recycled paper, more than 500 people shared their dreams—for themselves, for the planet, for the future of design—and tied them to the tree with reclaimed Pallas yarn. In return, each participant received a limited-edition Pallas x Hyphyn™ bag charm, a symbolic token of hope and conscious creation.
“The Dream Tree reminded us that design doesn’t begin with a solution—it begins with a question, a hope, a dream,” said Géraldine Blanchot Fortier, designer of the Reve Collection. “It was an extension of the collection’s spirit—a quiet place where ideas could take root.”
Substance Beyond the Surface
Reve was only one chapter of our sustainability story at NeoCon. Throughout the showroom, we spotlighted other ongoing efforts, from textiles in our In Good Company™ Collection made with SEAQUAL® YARN crafted from Upcycled Marine Plastic, to our continued partnership with Material Bank for more conscious sampling practices. These initiatives underscore our belief that sustainability is a layered practice—woven into decisions both big and small.
And yet, substance isn't just about what lies beneath. It's also about how our textiles stand the test of time—crafted with enduring quality and designed to meet the demands of real environments with resilience and beauty. Sustainability, after all, thrives where durability and design integrity meet. While no single collection can solve the challenges we face, our hope is to continue asking better questions and creating textiles that honor the answers.
Looking Ahead
NeoCon 2025 was more than a showcase. It was a conversation—about beauty, biodegradability, and the shared dream of a better tomorrow. As we return to our studios and workspaces inspired, we carry forward the vision Reve represents: that materials can move us, serve us, and still return gracefully to the earth.
Thank you for joining us on this journey. We can’t wait to show you what’s next.
If you were unable to join us in person at NeoCon 2025, we invite you to explore the experience virtually. Step inside our virtual showroom and see Reve come to life.
